
"I don’t know what to do next."
This week, I sat down with a business owner.
We didn’t start with strategy. We didn’t start with numbers.
We started with this:
“I’m overwhelmed. I need more time. I need to increase revenue… but I don’t know what to do next.”
He said it fast. Like he’d been holding it in for a while.
From the outside, his business looks fine.
Team in place. Work coming in. Phones ringing.
But as we talked, the real picture came out:
Emails piling up
Staff asking questions all day
Deals not closing
No time to think, just react
He said:
“It’s so busy… I can’t even get my work done unless I come in early or stay late.”
That’s the trap.
Busy… but not moving forward.
This is where the coaching really begins.
Not with me telling him what to do…
…but with the right questions.
The kind that make you stop and actually see your business clearly — sometimes for the first time in a long time.
We started uncovering the gaps through his own experience.
Not guessing. Not assuming.
Just looking at what’s actually happening.
And this is the framework I use to guide that conversation.
I call it the 7-Figure Accelerator — not because you need to be at 7 figures… but because these are the areas every business must get right to grow.
We walked through each one:
1. Leadership
Where are you setting direction… and where are you avoiding decisions?
2. People
Do you have the right team — or are you carrying people who can’t grow with you?
3. Finance
Do you actually know your numbers — or are you just hoping things work out?
4. Sales & Marketing
Are you getting enough attention… and are you closing what’s already in front of you?
5. Online Conversions
If people find you online — do they take action… or do they disappear?
6. Company Culture
Are you building a team that takes ownership — or one that waits for you?
7. 10X Mindset / Break Points
Are you thinking big enough… and are you ready for what comes with growth?
We didn’t try to fix everything.
We just identified where the pressure points were.
Because once you can see it…
👉 You can solve it.
At the end, he said:
“I didn’t realize how many of these things I’ve just been tolerating.”
That’s the moment.
Not overwhelm.
Awareness.
